Understanding staff, many options and tasty food - Edit
When we shared that we were vegan and asked if one thing could be made vegan, they went through the whole "vegetable" page of their menu listing what could be made vegan almost everything could be. They were thoughtful enough to skip the yogurt chutney and made naan with garlic and without dairy. They were concerned if it was still tasty (it was) and offered to make roti. The food was excellent.

Best masala dosa outside of India - Edit
Great food! We had masala dosas and Sam paneer. The dosas were the best we had outside of Panjin.
