Ii Looved Iit - Edit
Slowly but surely, I am getting through the vegetarian-cum-vegan Indian establishments in the area, and this one was an absolute joy.
Read moreNot a single item was a disappointment; in fact, they were pretty much all incredible. Every deep fried element was spot on, the baby corns were addictively good, the samoas and the vadas were well above average, and the bread pakoda were sublime. Though some may argue that a couple of them were a touch greasy, to me they were utter perfection. The onion pakoras in particular were a prime example of this and they had a taste (an amazing one) like no other that I’ve had before. Also, I normally steer clear of the Indo-Chinese options from these places as I fear they won’t be up to scratch with the ‘authentic’ offering (I realise they’re very much westernised concoctions), but I took the plunge here and was rewarded handsomely with brilliant veg manchurian.
This spot is going immediately to upper echelons of my repeat order pantheon.
