Its a FULLY vegan Indian, so a big plus - Edit
I normally order online and collect, and the food is great and the staff are very friendly and happy. I would recommend this place.

Good food, slow service and rude staff - Edit
The brunch food is good, really tasty and good sized portions.
Read moreIt’s always empty but the service is so slow, it takes forever for the food and drinks to arrive. The chai takes so long but they don’t tell you in advance and the staff are sassy when you ask about it (it’s the minor figures chai concentrate so it’s not like they’re brewing it fresh, have no idea how they make it take so long).
Won’t be going back as it’s a rubbish experience and the food doesn’t make up for it.

Disappointing and overpriced - Edit
We've eaten here a few times since it opened, and I have to say that I think things have gone downhill.
Read moreThe food definitely used to be better, with fresh tastes and creative options. This time it felt tired and bland. The food was mediocre, the combination of spices in the curries was simplistic rather than subtle and the portions small. The onion bhaji starter was bland and oily.
The service was not that great, the staff also looked bored and unhappy to be there.
As it is, I'd definitely say that it's overpriced and creatively worn out. I won't be going back again soon.

Food ok, pricey, small portions - Edit
It was ok for a one off but I wouldn't go back again. The place was empty on a Saturday evening which is not a good sign. The food was average, the kind of curries you could make yourself at home, nothing special. The portions are small. The dishes and drinks are overpriced. They only do 2 alcoholic beers and they didn't have one of them, so not much choice. The wine was served in a tumbler, what kind of restaurant doesn't have wine glasses? The service was good but had to ask for a glass for the beer, do they expect you to drink it from a can? All in all, it was strictly average and I wouldn't go back again.

Overpriced - Edit
I found it massively overpriced. I have been twice now and whilst the food is good, it's twice the price you would pay in an Indian restaurant.
Read moreThe brunch options are small. Had to order sides with our mains so that brought the cost up.
Dinner was OK, onion bhaji tasteless and just shredded fried onion in gram flour.
Curries were OK but lacked real flavour.
Having been twice now I won't return unless there is a special offer.

It's ok - Edit
Great to visit a vegan curry house. Food was good. Plenty of choice. Decent prices. The service was slow, and if you’re unlucky enough to get a table down the right side, there’s so little space that privacy is non existent - space was so tight that the waitress actually bought four popadoms for our table of two and the one next to us to share: she thought we were a table of four.

The best vegan - Indian restaurant in this area - Edit
This restaurant is very cosy with small tables but with great and very welcoming stuff. During the weekend and in the evening make a booking as most of the time they are full. They menu has the best vegan choices from India.

I went on a Saturday night, we booked, there was only one other diner there. When we left at 9pm there was no one else in the restaurant - not a good sign.

Fantastic! - Edit
We had brunch at this lovely restaurant. The place looks small from the outside but turns out to have quite a lot of space in the back. The brunch menu has 5 options which all sound great, so it’s hard to choose. We decided to go for the full Indian doffles. Food was amazing and portions huge. Definitely some of the best Indian food I’ve ever had (and I eat a lot of Indian food!). I can’t wait to come back to try the other dishes and the dinner menu. This place is definitely worth taking the underground to Walthamstow. Very, very much recommended!

VERY GOOD! - Edit
This place is OFF THE HOOK! We found this place by pure luck from just walking past and never expected it to be anywhere near as good as it was. We couldn't fault any of the food we tried, we had the 2 main dishes (can't remember names) and paid extra to add "this isn't bacon" to one of the dishes. The Mango Lassi was also VERY good. It was obvious that everything had been freshly prepared. We will definitely be coming back here!

Amazing curry! - Edit
The curries here are so flavourful and delicious not to mention the wide variety of starters and sides (would highly recommend the garlic naan absolutely gorgeous.) The staff were lovely and attentive, the food came out quick and the atmosphere with the glass ceiling really solidified this place as one of my favourite vegan restaurants.

Amazing Vegan Curry - Edit
Tried a few of their dishes on my visit here and everything was amazing. The food was all really well spiced, not oily at all and the portion sizes were ideal (they’re not as large as from a takeaway). The service was really prompt and friendly. The only downside is you’re sitting in a conservatory and if it’s hot it can be uncomfortably warm in there.

Visited their stall at the Southbank Centre winter market - great to see a vegan stall. Enjoyed the mixed box which had a nicely spicey jackfruit curry and a mild korma served with rice and slaw. The sprinkles on top (fresh coriander, toasted cashews...) are a nice addition.

Delicious vegan food and excellent service! - Edit
I came here for dinner tonight as it was really close to where I’m staying and I was super impressed! The food was excellent (I had the pani puri to start and the korma with basmati rice and naan for a main) and the service was exceptional. It’s a lovely space to sit in for a meal out and I’m sure I’ll be back again if I’m in the area.

Utterly delicious! I know it’s just food... but have been dreaming about a vegan Indian restaurant in London, and this one does not disappoint! Best Mango Lassi and masala chai ever... lovely staff, decor and atmosphere. Delicious and inventive Indian/soul food fusion. The brunch dosa waffles are scrumptious! Can’t wait to try dinner...
