I came here every day for lunch for a week. Sadly it’s only open daytimes. The food is wonderful. Salads, hot and cold food. You’re given two healthy shots of juice and then a small dessert to finish. Although not a sophisticated as hip Teva nearby, the food is wholesome and 75% cheaper.

This is the best vegan buffet we have visited in Rio to date! The staff speak a little English and make every effort to ensure you have an enjoyable experience. A great range of fresh salads, hot food such as rice, potatoes, gnocchi, soups, pumpkin pie and bread & hummus. Once we were seated, the staff delivered an energising shot (ginger, Guarana powder and lemon - delicious!) and fresh green juice. After our meal we were asked if we’d like dessert of pineapple sorbet. Everything was tasty and all for R$35 each, great value!

Located within a spa complex, this delightful hidden gem exudes warmth and relaxation. The food is creative and delicious. Lovely small touches, such as the energizing shot and green juice delivered to every diner. Will be back often.

Relaxing environment, good variety - Edit
This place is not easy to get to. It's inside a spa complex (the doorman will let you in) and on the second level behind an obscured sliding door. It's worth visiting, though, especially if you're on a budget, since it's all you can eat for R$27 (about $8 as of this writing) and they have a good variety to boot. Just don't expect the buffet to change all that much from day-to-day.
