Spar is a supermarket that has a pretty impressive salad bar. It was a super tasty option for lunch at a really great price. (It's charged by weight). They have a screen that shares allergens/ingredients of all options, just have to use google camera/translate if you dont speak Norwegian. I had teriyaki noodles, edamame, beetroot, mexican style beans, gauc, tortilla chips (may contain milk). There's loads of fruit and veg here too if you're just after a snack. Open Mon 7:00am-10:00am, Tue-Sat 7:00am-10:00pm, Sun 8:00am-9:00pm.
