Easy for vegetarian, a little more complicated for vegan - Edit
…but we had an incredible server who pointed out all of the options that could be made vegan for us! Picture of her annotated menu attached. The staff was very kind, welcoming, and attuned to us: as an example, when I ordered a coffee at the end of our meal, our server asked if I wanted sugar but knew she did not need to ask if I wanted cream ☺️

Yummy nice vegan food - Edit
Sat at the bar and Daniel walked me through all the vegan items on the menu. Almost all the vegetable tapas can be vegan. Best were the hummus, almonds, patatas bravas (no aioli) and olives. The paella is also vegan.
