Delicious pici - Edit
Would give 5 stars if the app allowed it. I had the Pici all Aglione, which wass already vegan, and it the staff was very helpful checking it. It was one of the best dishes I've had in the Tuscan region, really recommend!

A Tuscan feast! - Edit
A lot of Tuscan cuisine is naturally vegan, and while the restaurant adds cheese to their dishes, they made it easy to order everything vegan. The papas pomodoro are wonderful, and the pici pasta is perfectly textured. We also enjoyed their ribollita and the classic white beans contorno. The rest of the contorni appear to be naturally vegan as well. It’s in a touristy area, but it did not take away from the most delicious meal I’ve had this trip. If I could give them five stars (happy cow is not enthused about awarding more stars to a place that serves meat) I absolutely would! The staff are very enthused about having more vegan and vegetarian guests soon😄
