Ho preso la piadina con l'hummus, ma aveva un qualche sapore "dolciastro" che non ho apprezzato particolarmente. Mi fa comunque piacere il fatto che ci sono delle opzioni vegane, anche se solo due (l'altra è con le verdure grigliate) e che si può anche scegliere l'impasto integrale.

We found this place right in the heart of città Alta. They advertise vegan and vegetarian “spacca” with big stickers right on the shop windows. The vegan spacca with plant based mozzarella, olives, dry tomatoes and other vegetables is so satisfying! Spacca tastes like pizza dough: warm, soft and fragrant! Absolutely recommended. Fair prices, friendly staff. French fries were very good, too. They offer a few vegan options.
