We stayed at the hotel and had breakfast and dinner. As stated here, there was no plant-based milk for breakfast, but they brought it to me without any problems upon request. There were oatmeal, granola, pumpkin, sesame seeds, dried cranberries and more to choose from. Jams that don't have to be vegan and pastries. Allergens are not written on the labels. Fresh fruit.
I was missing protein for dinner. A large selection of fresh vegetables. Side dishes of rice, bulgur, fries, baked potatoes and warm grilled vegetables. Sweetness - pineapple.
Buffet offers enough, nothing special though, not that much for vegans - Edit
I'm at the hotel for a week and eat breakfast and dinner here. For breakfast they offer different kind of cereals but no plant milk (even after asking for it, they just seemed confused, I bought some in a veg friendly store 10 walking minutes away and store it in the fridge in my room). Fresh cut veggies and fruits, some salad and juice is always available, as well as bread and different marmelades. Not much variety to choose from but it's enough.
Dinner is better, the buffet changes every day - rice, noodles, baked/salted potatoes, beans, oven veggies, spinach... Sadly no sauces (for vegans) and the veggies really need some spice but it's quite good in general. Vegetarians will have way more to choose from. There's also a lunch menu but you need to discuss it beforehand and it seems to always contain meat. You could ask to exclude it, but it will be quite simple then. Also the reception was unhelpful, at the check-in they kinda ignored us after saying we are vegans (ala 'just look if there's anything for you'), later after asking for plant milk for breakfast they told us "to ask the kitchen". Dissapointing for a 4 Stars hotel. (Especially when I remember when a 3 stars hotel in Vienna brought us a whole vegan breakfast menu after barely mentioning it at the reception.)

Cons: No plant milk, Breakfast rather boring and small for vegans, Hotel not too familiar with vegans
