My Favorite Mexican Food - Edit
I first discovered SoyMexican when they had a spot in front of Dino's and was so relieved when I discovered they just moved to Boulevard Mall. I've never had anything closer to authentic Mexican (Baja CA style) food that is 100% vegan. They provide huge servings and great value compared to other vegan restaurants. The atmosphere is also nice despite being in Boulevard Mall.

Read morePambazo: grilled torta with smashed potatoes, and chorizo. 4/5 Flavor profile really good torta but the texture kind of monotone with the bread, potato, and chorizo. I would maybe see if you can ask for extra crispy chorizo and it would be bomb AF.
Tacos! 5/5 ASADA ASADA ASADA OMG soooo good. A must no further explanation. I think the tortillas are homemade? 2 for every taco very tasty, firm enough to hold and soft enough chew. Each taco was filled to the brim and topped with onion and cilantro. The faux pork with pineapple was tasty definitely worth it. The mushroom taco was better than other ones I've had. Full of mushrooms, not too juicy where it makes the taco soggy, and a lot of mushrooms to get a mouthful every bite. Mushrooms are cremini.
Horchata: 4/5 haven't had horchata in like 5 years sooo this was amazing. Would've liked ice though.
Faux meat:
I'm used to identifying now what brands restaurants use and often disappointed. Here, idk how but the way it's prepared and cooked leaves a satisfying mouthful without the plasticy, tinny, sodium rich, or mushy flavors you get from other faux meats.
Salsa green and red: not spicy but good flavor.
Service
Easy to talk too. Friendly and approachable. Attentive. Fast food style so not much to serve. The chef was happy and approachable.

I don't have much criticism for SoyMexican - service is so friendly and helpful, the menu is vibrant and full of Mexican street food we'd never tried before. The dishes are full of flavour and reasonably priced too. Would definitely recommend!

This was one of the best vegan meals I have ever had. The flavors were so fresh and amazing. The couple that run this place seem like incredible people and they were so willing to explain all the dishes and ingredients to us - you could tell they are passionate about what they do. I would eat here every day if I lived here! They have many fake “meats” but also tons of vegetable options as well. I would love to try the whole menu but the enchiladas were so delicious I’m not sure I’d want anything else!

Fantastic! Some of the best vegan Mexican I’ve had. Super/family friendly staff, made great recommendations. Very reasonably priced but worth every penny over what you might pay for non-plant based similar options elsewhere. This will be my go to in Vegas!

I was blown away by the sweet and savory flavors at soymexican! I definitely understand the hype. This is absolutely fantastic. I would recommend the pastor quesadillas, especially if you like sweet and savory. I wish I ordered more! However, I’m extremely satisfied with the portion sizes. I got a picadillo burrito (it was huge) and pastor quesadillas. I will have left overs and I’m super full! It was also affordable. It was kind of hard to find it at first but it’s inside Mercado which is like a separate portion of the mall in the back! DELICIOUS! Can’t wait to go back!

Went back a few days later and got the chilaquiles. I’m absolutely obsessed with this spot. I could eat this all day everyday. The chilaquiles is SO YUMMY! The tortilla chips were fresh. The cheeze is perfect! I don’t know what cheeze they use but other restaurants need to hop on to the trend. It started getting soggy by the end *so eat it fast* but I absolutely recommend. There’s SO much so you can totally share this with 3 people. Can’t wait to try everything on the menu.

I come here every time I stop in Las Vegas and it smacks every time. It’s in a cute little mexican market with a bunch of other shops. The wet burrito/chimichanga is on fleek AF. My carnivorous bf scarfs it down along with their wide selection of amazing street tacos. Yay for SoyMexican😄

I got 4 different tacos and some horchata on taco Tuesday and everything was delicious!! My non vegan friend couldn’t tell the difference with their plant based meat.

I got there about 20 minutes before closing. Service was very friendly and pretty quick even though they were busy with other (phone/delivery) orders. This time I got the Pambazo, sope, and fideo soup. The soup was so flavorful! The food is always fresh and delicious and people working are very nice. Worth going out of the way for!

This place may be small and tucked away inside the mercado at boulevard mall, but it is an excellent find! We had the asada fries, within excellent vegan cheese on them. But the tacos might be the star! The Asada and Hongos crispy (mushrooms) I recommend.

I enjoyed the Wet Asada Burrito, which was plenty of food. This eatery is located in the food court at the very back of El Mercado, inside of Boulevard Mall. It is truly like a trip through a marketplace in Mexico, with Spanish being the main language spoken.
