Hidden gem! - Edit
This place is well hidden in the second food court of the shopping mall. Once you find it, you are greeted with amazing, vegan, made-to-order food. I ordered the stuffed avocado which was more of a platter with some avocado. Delicious nonetheless. We also ordered tacos and the wet burrito with different meats, all of which were excellent.

This place is inside a Mexican market, in a rundown looking strip mall, so you shouldn’t expect a fine dining experience. The food is Mexican take away style and they do it well. I had the asada chimichanga and while not the best I’ve ever had, did exceed my $10 expectation considering the no frills kitchen it came from. I’d give it a shot.

The food lacks dynamics, like every taco filling has the same kinda bland profile and only wakes up with both red and green sauce, and I find it sad. Cactus stood out tho.

We ordered this for brunch delivery and we're very impressed! Tried the sope, horchata, taquitos, crispy taco and probably one of each kind of taco. Everything was delicious but the crispy tacos were definitely the star! Didn't get a pic because we ate so quickly!

Unfortunately was not too impressed. SoyMexican is located inside El mercado which is a really cool Hispanic market. I ordered one asada street taco, one picadillo taco de guisado, and the nacho fries with picadillo. The asada taco was delicious and I really enjoyed it. The picadillo taco de guisado and the fries were just okay in my opinion. I also found prices of tacos to be very high.

Really amazing tacos tucked away in a cool Mexican market. Lots of options on the menu. Tacos come in orders of 1, so you can mix and match and try different flavors. Service was also very friendly. I would come here once a week if I lived in Vegas.

I tried the asada torta. It was absolutely delicious! The food was fresh and came out pretty fast. This place is located inside the mall inside of El Mercado. We got a little lost looking for it but am super grateful we ate there!

Best Vegan Mexican Restaurant - Edit
This is the best Vegan Mexican restaurant that I’ve been to. Haven’t tried everything yet, cause I get stuck going back to my favorites, Gringa, Sopes, Pambazo, Torta and Tacos. Someday, I’ll try all the rest. Their horchata is also great and I get it every time. Definitely try this place out!

Highlight of my trip! - Edit
When I tell you this was the highlight restaurant of my trip, I am not lying!! Although the location may seem a bit odd as it’s in a mall, GO FOR IT! Try it - you will not be disappointed!! The workers were so kind and answered all of my questions. I got a torta and I think I am drooling again just thinking about it. As sad as it may sound, the peak of happiness occurred when I tried the sour cream. As a midwestern girl who loves her condiments, I can say this was the most “dairy-like” sour cream I have ever tried!! I had to order a side of it, which came in a bowl and I was searching for things to put it on so that I didn’t lick the bowl in public. 😂

I ordered the pambrazo, Piccadillo and asada tacos, tacos de guisado, the wet burrito and a sope. Everything was flavorful and the portions were massive. I would definitely suggest stopping by to sample their delicious food. They are located inside the mercado, all the way in the back but once you taste this deliciousness it will quickly be added to your list of favorites. The prices were very reasonable, I went on taco Tuesday therefore the first four tacos on the menu are buy one get one. The young lady behind the counter was pleasant and knowledgeable about all of the items on the menu. Awesome place!!

My Favorite Mexican Food - Edit
I first discovered SoyMexican when they had a spot in front of Dino's and was so relieved when I discovered they just moved to Boulevard Mall. I've never had anything closer to authentic Mexican (Baja CA style) food that is 100% vegan. They provide huge servings and great value compared to other vegan restaurants. The atmosphere is also nice despite being in Boulevard Mall.
