Zero non-meat lunch options

I don't know if they've just changed the menu or what, but there were only about 5 lunch options and they all had meat.

Not much Vegan in this tiny place as would be nice

It’s cute, it’s a microscopic twin of its second spot up north. Unfortunately the kombucha and cheesecake have honey in them- some staff will tell you they are vegan and when asked about ingredients they admit that there’s that. It doesn’t help that the staff at both locations seem unhappy.

Pros: Health food, Organic food, Vegan chocolate

Cons: Wilted produce, Grouchy staff, Needs more vegan items

Reccomended

Several vegan options. Probably the healthiest choice in town. I recommend to try their cafe kombucha! You can also get some skincare or snacks there.

Buy the tomato sauce

Had breakfast and lunch there (both were good portions that could have a been a tiny bit more), but it is also a small store selling self made sauces. Got the tomato sauce and used it for 3 dinners straight, so good!!

Good Spot by the Beach

We first tried Soya up in San Salvador and noticed this location actually sells pizza, so we hedged our bets to try their second location here for mostly vegan lunch.

We ordered the vegan margarita pizza and their Asian Noodle Salad. The pizza tasted more like flatbread and was decent, and I can appreciate their use of in house cheese. I guessed that the pizza was heated up from a homemade frozen one they shipped from San Salvador.

The noodle salad was refreshing and good, loaded with fresh veggies although no vegan protein option was available. I enjoyed their tahini dressing as well as their spicy chili crisp that can be added on top. It was definitely spicy and I loved it.

Ended our meal with their passion fruit cheesecake (in a cup) which was fine. I’d pass on this in the future.

One of the best vegan salads I’ve had!

The vegan Caesar salad with a choice of falafel or mushrooms is absolutely amazing here. They use all vegan ingredients for the dressing including their own vegan Parmesan and it really is superb! They also do plant milks for coffee and the woman who runs it is very sweet.

Soya

It's a really small version of the Soya nutribar I think. They have good choices for vegetarian, vegan and gluten free

Pros: Good options to stop, They have breakfast, lunch and dinner, You can eat at a table outside

Cons: More expensive then local restaurant
