Incredible soy cheese - Edit
A really nice all vegan restaurant, focused on soy. We were planning to explore this less visited area of Tokyo, so we made reservations for the pasta set ahead of time. You could see that so much care had been put into creating the menu. The food was unique and fantastic! Their homemade fermented soy cheese plate was phenomenal!

The food is completely vegan there are some really interesting choices like lavender salad dressing and these stuff can be taken out too. The shop doesn't use any plastic at all
