DIY salads - Edit
This places mostly salads and you can choose your own ingredients which is cool. Also all the vegan ingredients are clearly marked. As to the dessert, they offer dark chocolate bits which is okay. The general concept is rather a healthy salad bar. I only wish they had more influences from soul food (as they state), because , to be honest, I did not find any.
