Favorite Vegan Place! - Edit
Throughout my Vegan journey so far, Southern Roots is MY FAV! Whenever I am in Jacksonville for work, I make sure to come here (it’s not far from the airport). All the dishes are delicious. Last time, I chose the protein bowl and added the Tofu “egg” salad. SO GOOD. I also purchased the cashew sauce and egg tofu to come home with. Great food, vibe, and people. 5 stars all the way!

I was thrilled to find this little spot. Very welcoming and friendly staff. I ordered the "Garf" vegan sandwich and it did not dissapoint. I also love that they make for individual sale the spreads that they put on sandwich so you can being it home. I will definitely be going back to try one of their many other vegan options.

This spot has the Savory dish which is new everyday. They have vegan options. And you can buy some food in bulk. It’s been delicious every time. The hubs gets The Santi every time we are here. When it’s good why change it up. I’m always changing just because their Savory always tastes so good and full of flavor.

Great lunch spot. I always take my friends and family when they visit. I love their pesto. you can also choose to get a sandwich or rice bowl or salad. they have a daily special and they often use fresh local vegetables. the atmosphere is cute and homey. They sell bulk goods like dried beans and nuts and seeds. they also make great coffee.
