Really enjoyable tacos that were ready lightning fast. Nice variety of nonalcoholic beverages such as prickly pear soda and friendly, efficient service. Highly recommended.

Tasty but limited - Edit
The atmosphere is great and the staff are super friendly AND they have great salsas. That said, vegan options are kind of limited and the guac contains dairy😒I would give this place 4 stars if it weren’t for the guac tragedy because the vegan options they do offer are quite tasty!

Chips & salsa are really good, but the guacamole CANNOT be made vegan. They put dairy in it and don’t have a non-dairy option.

Vegan options - Edit
The vegan tacos are delicious and a few other items on the menu can be made vegan; the staff seemed very accommodating for dietary requests. The corn tortilla chips and French fries are fried in oil separate from other things so they are both GF and vegan. The guacamole is not vegan but they have a nice selection of salsas. It was a great place for a meal in a town with few other vegan options.

Delicious vegan tacos - Edit
Wow, we went back twice in two days because this place was so good! Make this one of your food stops if you’re vegan!! First off, they have an option all ready on the menu called “vegan tacos” with black beans, pickles red onions, and avocado. My mom got those and said they were so delicious. I got the sweet potato tacos twice and just removed the creamy taco sauce to make them vegan. Wow, oh wow. These were the best tacos I have ever had. The flavor was just incredible!! And they bring you this plate of three salsas and I piled on the green one on the sweet potato taco. Oh was that good! My dad got the jackfruit tacos and said those were very tasty too and he’s not normally a big fan of jackfruit. The sauce on the jackfruit does have some dairy in it, so ask to remove that if you want the jackfruit tacos vegan. Secondly, their tortillas were the best corn tortillas I’ve ever had. So flavorful, so soft, and didn’t break apart. All around great service here, the staff were so nice and fully understand what vegan is. Food came out very quickly. They have outdoor seating and the booths have partitions between them for covid safety. I already can’t wait to go back!!

Jackfruit Mission burrito is 🤯 - Edit
We ordered the Mission burrito, no dairy, with jackfruit adobada and it was sooooo good. Will probably order this again during our vacation because it was so quick, easy, and delicious.

A few vegan options - Edit
I ordered the mission burrito and had them veganize it. One thing to note, their guacamole has dairy. They suggested I replace the guac with fresh avocado in the burrito. They also provided a house-made habanero sauce that was amazing. I was really satisfied. It’s nice having other options besides veggie dogs and pretzels in this small town. We will be back again.

Able to accommodate - Edit
Had no problems here. The server pointed out several options for us on the menu that could be modified to be vegan. We tried three appetizers (cauliflower, chips and dips, and street corn with no crema or cheese) and I had the Cubano burrito with avocado instead of creamy guac. Everything was genuinely delicious.

Theres not much here for you. - Edit
There is a vegan taco option sweet potato enchiladas - but I ordered it with no cheese and it still came with crema on top and a corn quiche that was listed as a corn patty or something Totally not vegan - but I should have told them I was vegan. That said, If you're creative and clear you can make it work

Very accommodating - Edit
The staff was very warm and welcoming. They were very accommodating with our vegan requests, said that it’s not unusual for them to swap out dairy or any meat for sautéed veggies. Our waitress even asked us about our transition and mentioned taking small steps herself about cutting out dairy. My husband had the veggie enchilada verde and I had the Burrito Cubano. Both were delicious. With my burrito I had a slaw that was so good. We had them hold the dairy and swap out the creamy guacamole for fresh avocado slices. To note the house “daisy margarita” was on tap however they do make it in house from fresh lime. For me it was a little on the sweet side. Next time I’d probably order a beer. They also had a salsa bar that was fun, however they did not provide chips before the meal like most mexican places

You kinda have to look for the vegan options but they are there! The enchilada (not all) can be made vegan. All beans are lard free but their guac has dairy

Accomodating and yummy! - Edit
Came here with a group of 6 people. Ordered the mission burrito bowl, with sautéed veggies as the filling, and no dairy. The waitress was willing to help and make adjustments to diet. The food was delicious and very filling! They have a salsa bar and excellent margaritas as well!

It's allright - Edit
Being vegan your choices are pretty limited here. The guacamole has sour cream so that's out but the salsas are vegan friendly. Odd thing- their chips and French fries are fried in the same oil as the fish, so that's a bummer ( I don't like the idea of my chips floating around with raw fish to fry). There is a sautéed vegetable option for a burrito filler that is vegan friendly. We wound up getting a plain burrito no cream sauce, guacamole or cheese- they were willing to put in fresh avocado for the guacamole though! Burrito was 11.95 and came with a side of cabbage salad that was good :)

Different than other places in town - Edit
For a German themed town this Mexican food had good options for vegans. Choices of items that they will adapt including a cabbage salad that is already vegan. The green enchilada was great as was the burrito bowl.

YUMMY! YUMMY! YUMMY!!!! - Edit
Favorite place in the area, by FAR!! Love the food...not so much in the vegan department...though they can make a few things vegan that are delish. However...if you do egg/cheese...you have many, many amazing options. The corn pudding is out of this world and the sweet potato enchilada is scrumdelicious. We go there almost every Sunday as we head back to Seattle-land...and we LOVE it!
