Good vegan cake and snack selection - Edit

Great, except for breakfast - Edit
I ate here twice during my stay (as an aside, I highly recommend the hostel).
Read moreMy first meal was during the evening where there were a few vegan choices on the menu. I opted for the falafel burger, and it was excellent.
The other time was for breakfast, and the menu was really lacking. The only vegan choice was a vegetarian breakfast without the non-vegan things. And although it was edible, it did leave a little to be desired.
This was the day before the start of lockdown, so perhaps they were out of stock of other vegan things in preparation, but it was a disappointment after the falafel burger was so good.
Still, if you're vegan and staying at the hostel, you won't go hungry.

Suprisingly great for vegans! - Edit
We stayed one night so were there for lunch one day and breakfast the next. It's worth booking ahead the full breakfast which includes cooked English breakfast as well as vegan yogurt and cereal with soya milk. For lunch we had chips and sausage sandwiches. The cafe also does vegan milks for the hot drinks and there were vegan choc ices!! There's a lovely outdoor area for the cafe and lots of bowls around with water for dogs.
