A Great Meal - Edit
As a vegan I love going to Soups On! I usually have 2-3 choices of vegan soup. Also, the eggplant sandwich can easily be converted to a vegan delight. Just inform them that you are a vegan and they will replace the cheese on the sandwich with a layer of savory mushrooms.
