CLOSED: Souppresso bio Essen fur Freunde

My husband and I went to this restaurant last saturday in the evening. There was an offer written on the outside blackboard about a vegan lasagna plus salad for around 11 euros and we thought to give it a try. The salad was very delicious with a nice dressing and fresh veggies, the lasagna however arrived too fast to our table after ordering it and it wasn't fresh, neither warm. It was warmed up in a microwave and we guessed it might have tasted nice when it was first made, but it wasn't good at all. We were disappointed but ate it anyway, we were hungry and we had already ordered it.
When the waitress came to pick up the dishes we told her our opinion and later the guy who took our order, who seemed to be the owner, came to us rather annoyed and asked us what was wrong. We told him and he replied saying that a lasagna can't be made 'a la minute', to which I answered that it can. I told him we've eaten fresh, just-made lasagnas in tratorias in Hannover and Colonge. I put them as an example that it can be made, the waiting may be long but at the end is worth it. He walked away not saying a word and did not apologise or anything like it. We paid the full amount of what we ordered and the waitress was the only one who was clearly sorry for our disappointment and apologised with us a couple of times.
We did see a kind of warm buffet station, so we assume that the other options in the menu might actually be fresh and warm, there were maybe 2 or 3 other people at the restaurant as well and they seemed happy with their meals.
The place was rather small but cosy and comfortable.
