There is absolutely nothing special about this restaurant. The salad ingredients are average.

Souper Salad is kind of a low-rent version of Fresh Choice. It's reasonably priced, but the soups are just okay. On the bright side, Vegan items are usually clearly marked, and they have Vegan cornbread. The veggies are usually fresh. The marinara sauce is Vegan but way too sweet.
The Souper Salad on Eagle and Ustick usually (but not always) has a vegetarian soup, but it rarely has a Vegan one.
Overall, it's a good place to get a cheap salad, and sometimes you can even get soup.
