Good option - Edit
Cheap salad bar. Pretty ok for what it is. Vegan salads at the bar are marked. The toppings are pretty obvious however the dressings are not.

Decent in a pinch - Edit
I've visited this Souper Salad a couple times when I had to compromise on a restaurant to visit with family. Their buffet offers enough options to make a decent plat (I usually grab a baked potato and top it with tons of veggies). But its nothing special (I could easily make any of it at home). I like the option though.
