basic salad bar - Edit
After our weekend trip to Santa Fe, we were craving salad or anything green! We stopped here as it was off an exit on the way to the airport. There's parking next door to the building. The salad bar had the usual veggies as well as a couple of pre-made salads that were marked vegan. It all looked freah. However, the hot food area (almost all non-vegan) was under heat lamps, so the vegan cornbread was a bit dried out. There was one veggie soup as well. The place is pretty basic with no frills, but it was at a very reasonable price. It hit the spot for us as we were only looking for a salad bar, but it's not as nice as other soup/salad chains of the same sort (could just be this location too as I've never been to this chain before).
Pros: good salad bar, easy parking
Cons: basic, heat lamps
