Good vegan options - Edit
A small take out (although has some seating to sit and enjoy your food) restaurant with freshly prepared quinoa bowls and sandwiches, focussing on local organic ingredients. Vegan options include a vegan chickpea and sweet potato curry (available to have over quinoa and salad too), peanut Asian quinoa bowl amongst a few others. Highly recommend for a hearty meal apres skiing.

Best spot for lunch on the mountain if you're here at Squaw Valley. Most of their soups are vegan and their quinoa bowls are. So yummy.
