Delicious and fast - Edit
We arrived in Bucharest on a very hot day and we were hungry. We headed straight to Soup Up and were pleased with the selection of vegan options. We got the soup and salad combos and the soups were flavourful and hearty but the salads (one bean, one quinoa) were a little bland and the quinoa salad was soggy. This place only has a handful of seats at a window counter which would have been fine if they’d had A/C but it was so hot in there that we made our way back to our hotel lobby to eat. Overall we were happy and would definitely go back.

Cons: No A/C or bathroom, Plastic cutlery, Salads we tried were good, not great

Soup Up! & don't forget the salad - Edit
I've visit there during my trip in Romania, usually I'm not a soup girl but since it was the only vegetarian restaurant in the mall I decided to give it a try (and I didn't regret it).
Read morethe worker there were really nice and and the soups were alright but the salads were amazing, really tasty and fresh and go so well with a warm soup.
+ the design of the place is so modern and young it's really pleasing to the eyes.
I definitely recommend give this place a try.
Pros: quick meal, amazing salad, lovely service

Everything was vegan! - Edit
The worker was very friendly and walked us through all the ingredients in the soups and salads with perfect english. The day we went everything that was left was vegan! The sweet potato soup was my favorite :)

A gem - Edit
Cozy little shop with great soups. I especially loved the lentil soup they had. My bf, who is omni, liked the the place so much that we went back two days in a row while we were in Bucharest.

Delicious--and ALL vegan that day.... - Edit
We were excited to try Soup Up but even more so once we got there and found that ALL of the soups and salads were vegan that day. Here's hoping they make that change permanent!
Read moreWe tried several soups--the man was really nice and encouraged us to--and really loved all of them. We also ate two salads that were wonderful, especially a cauliflower chick pea one. The food was fresh and flavorful and the place was clean and tidy and full of good vibes. Highly recommend!

Lovely little soup parlor - Edit
When it's feasting time they have all vegan soups and salads. Rest of the time it's usually 80% vegan, 20% vegetarian. Raw-vegan deserts include a coconut roulade with dates, agave syrup and caju, brownies with sunflower seeds, chocolate pudding with chia and pomegranate seeds, chocolate mousse with avocado, bananas and black tea. Delicious!

five star soup and salads - Edit
The super friendly employee was happy to tell us in his great English all the ingredients to all the vegan soups and salads. 4 of the 6 soups were vegan and 3 of the 4 salads were vegan every time we were there. The wholemeal bread is delicious as were the green herby croutons. I can't remember all the ingredients to the soups and salads I got but they were all delicious. 22 LEI for a soup and salad combo. 2 LEI more for the croutons and can't remember the bread but it's worth whatever it cost.

Good food at moderate prices, this near Piata Romana - Edit
This is one of the four locations (see their website). Soups and Salads everyday made fresh (combo costs 22 Lei). Couple soups are vegetarian (with cream) others are vegan - same with salads. Good, healthy food served with a smile. When I visited, many 70 year olds were eating with relish! I will visit here again.
