We had the Buddha Bowl and the vegan burger and it was ok but not more than that. The vegetables were overcooked and the burger was quite neutral.

Fabulous vegan/veggie healthy food! - Edit
Amazing Buddha bowl of scrumptious goodies that were all vegan. A few veggie options as well. No milk served at all so black coffee or booze or soft drinks. Lovely chef and front of house, very friendly. Delicious, healthy and very reasonable price: what’s not to like!

we stumbled upon this restaurant in Lucca. we had a delicious lunch. we were lucky to get a table. i had the buddha bowl (vegan), my bf the burger (veg), some vegan milkbread as desert. would go there again.

Abbiamo richiesto l’asporto e la cameriera ci ha rimbalzato in modo frettoloso al ragazzo dietro il bancone che ha cercato di farci arrendere su questa richiesta dicendo che c’erano almeno 40 minuti da aspettare, noi abbiamo risposto che non vi era problema, non avevamo fretta, che potevamo ordinare, pagare e poi tornare a ritirare ma ha tirato fuori altre scuse in modo brusco e si intuiva che questo asporto non aveva voglia di prepararlo, seppur con il bancone pieno di cibo. alla fine abbiamo rinunciato purtrooppo #Veganuary

Avoid!! False advertising!! Not vegetarian, lier and aggressive, read below! - Edit
They sell meat under the counter although they labeled themselves as “vegetarian / vegan”. When I entered the shop I asked if it was vegetarian which he agreed, then I saw some people eating sausages and asked the owner if they were beyond meat because they looked very realistic. After trying to avoid the topic he admitted those were “real” sausages made of pork. I asked some locals and they said this shop was rebranded as vegetarian / vegan but never stopped selling meat to previous clients. They clearly just doing it for the money.

UPDATE: I left this exact comment in Tripadvisor and Facebook where he called vegans “vegetable nazis“ and a “moron”, he thinks vegetarians and vegans are extremists and he just does it for the money.
After that I checked on his previous bad reviews on TripAdvisor and he is clearly xenophobic and super aggressive towards people who give him bad reviews.
I had a buddha bowl which was ok, the food itself was not bad but after finding out what they're doing it doesn't really matter. As I said there’re other options in town.

I have been a vegan since 1985. I popped into this shop (since I live in Lucca) and got such a negative vibe and interaction, that I never went back, never ate there.

I ordered the buddha bowl which was €10. It had lentils, roasted veg, peas, wild rice, couscous with a sauce on top. It was very nice and filling. It also came with faccotia. The staff was friendly and spoke a little bit of english. There was also a bathroom and the atmosphere was nice sitting outside.

The little restaurant has three dishes (Buddha bowl, burger and soup) that are all vegan upon request. I ordered the burger and it was a breadless patty, that wasn't self made, that came with fresh vegetable side dishes, some kind of red lentil pate and some nice bread. The dish seemed very healthy. Although the patty was bought, the food seemed very nice. The staff spoke little English, but it was enough to come by. Nicely decorated.
