Tiny little place with soups in an edible packaging. Only for take away. They have one vegan option per day, when I went that option was lentil soup. Fun experience and tasty soup. Love the concept

I had the vegan soup of the day (hokkaido curry) and it was DELICIOUS. The bread cup war really nice as well. They post on instagram the menu of the week, so in case you want you know your choices beforehand, go check it out (soupculture.minsk). My only con would be that there is absolutely no where to sit, as it is merely a take away. Will definitely come here again next time I'm in Minsk

Very pleasant surprise - Edit
The storefront I went to was a kiosk at Uschod metro station near Dana Mall. They serve delicious vegetarian and several vegan option soups in these edible bread cones which you can eat after you’re done with your soup! I had the Mexican soup which was more like a vegan chili and it was surprisingly really good. Interesting concept that I believe has great potential. Check em’ out !
