Disappointed

I used to go to that restaurant a few years ago, back when they were located in the 4th district. They had lot of vegetarian/vegan options with variations you would see nowhere else. I went very often as it was very good.

But that place closed, and they opened elsewhere (in the 8th), but that was too far for me.
I had the occasion recently of going to that "new" location. How disappointed was I! Not only was it more expensive, but the quality was lower, and all the interesting choices had vanished. They had become an ordinary falafel place like there are many others, just much more expensive, not worth it. Will never go again.

Amazing hummus

The hummus was aMAZing. The best! Can't recommend this enough. Not sure why happy core reviewers are less excited than Google reviewers who rave in large numbers. Also got the falafel sandwich, also thumbs up. But that hummus... Five stars!

Very limited menu

Very limited menu. I had the vegan stir fry and it was very basic - rice, carrot, broccoli, mushroom and loads of crispy onions on top. Massive portion. The menu in the restaurant appeared different to the one online. Seems most of their business is takeaways and deliveries

Cons: No outdoor seating

Good for takeout

The menu is very different depending on if you eat there or take out, and bizarrely some staples like falafel are only on the takeout menu... The eat-in menu was less vegan-friendly so I ended up taking out even though that wasn't my intention initially. The food tasted good though, delicious bread.

Cons: Less vegan options if eating in
