When I took the first bite of their burger I was suprised of how good it was! It tasted different than any of the vegan burgers I’ve tasted 🍔 They only have two items on the menu (beyond burger and fries) but it just made it easier to choose tbh hahah😄

When I went there today there was only one burger (beyond) and fries on the food menu. However the burger was very delicious and my non-vegan friends also liked it!

The staff was friendly, the fries great and the burger good. While the beyond meat patty is always great, they also put the typical Danish pickled onions on the burger. Unfortunately, they contained still a lot of liquid making it quite challenging to eat as it was dripping constantly.

On the internet it said that we could get vegan brunch here.. unfortunately they closed that part down (according to the guy working there) and all there was left was a street food kinda stall with burgers... so no breakfast/brunch here😒

At Souls burger food stall at Torvehallerne, you find one of the best, greasy vegan burgers in Copenhagen. They offers both a tofu burger, and the Beyond Meat burger, that can convince even the biggest meatlover.
Read moreAll is vegan, and they offers several kind of vegan dips for your fries.
However, they don't offers soft drinks. And that's a little minus, since I love a cola for my burger.
But if you want a casual burger experience, Souls is a good place to go.
Also, be prepared that they only offers outdoor seating (but roofed), so if you eat at a hot summer day, it can be hard to find seating.

While I liked the ambiance and idea of Souls, I wasn't very impressed with their food. I had the vegan pizza, which was not what you'd expect for pizza, it was thin and didn't have great flavor. I also had a vegan burger but it was very dense and heavy, although the salad that came with the burger was delicious.
