Not very flavorful - Edit

Ordering is a bit confusing as there are 2 restaurants running simultaneously: Soul Vibez (soul food with vegan options), and I Can't Believe It's Not Meat (fully vegan). Went with a non-vegan person and we had two separate menus to order from and had to pay the bill separately, though the food came from the same kitchen. A little confusing for our first visit, but not the worst thing since there were a ton of options. However, both of us thought of food was pretty bland for being a Soulfood restaurant, where we expected everything to be highly seasoned. It just wasn't. For the price especially we expected a lot better tasting food. The cocktails were pretty damn good though. Boneless chicken wing appetizer with hot honey sauce, pops fish sandwich, fries, Cookie Monster shake, lavender lemonade cocktail, and some other cocktail that had frozen fruit purée and alcohol of choice dumped in it. That was the best part of the evening. Partner had a fried catfish sandwich. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

Great vegan options - Edit

I ordered the Vegan Crispy Boneless Wings with Hot Lemon Pepper and Southern Barbecue Pulled Chik'n online and picked them up. They were ready in just 20 minutes and pickup was quick. I really liked the Pulled Chik'n, although I forgot to ask for no onions and had to take a few minutes to take them out. I also really liked the Wings, although I was very full from the Chik'n and saved them for the next day. Overall, very good and I recommend it highly.
