Meh. - Edit
Super friendly atmosphere, but the food left much to be desired. Hummus & Falafel wrap was incredibly dry and flavourless, portion was very small. Not a lot of other options on the menu. I was disappointed.

Nice lunch spot - Edit
Traveling with work again. Found this place on Happy Cow. Had a veggie wrap and a brownie. Both were vegan and yummy. It’s just a little place but the ladies are lovely and ingredients are clearly labeled. There is a side patio too. I liked it.

nice ideas, poor execution - Edit
Brown rice was quite undercooked, not nearly enough sauce to compensate. Half the menu is in brown-rice bowl form, so bad rice is a big problem. Just mouthfuls of dry hard rice :(
Read moreOrdered a spinach quiche for baby, and there was no crust. In place of a crust was a layer of burnt spinach. He did not like it -- nor did I. On the plus side, there was a high chair. But basically wasted money. Maybe asking for extra sauce right off the bat would make it better.

Great Luch Spot - Edit
I'm a vegan who is never disappointed with this spot. Expect fresh food. I usually get a vegan homemade soup, a vegan sandwich or wrap, a speciality coffee, and a brownie or dessert. It's usually around $25, portions are a little small but things are fresh and made in house... in my mind you're paying for the quality and care. The venue is nice with tables with what looks like old church pews to sit on. You walk up to the counter and order from the glass case or off the chalk board, the kitchen is very open, and you can have a seat with your drink and they'll bring the food out to you. Very friendly place. Gets busy right at lunch hour.

Amazing! - Edit
Just made the switch to vegetarian and I am slowly making the jump to veganism. Soul Sistas has delicious vegetarian and vegan options! The staff are very friendly and easy to approach. Highly recommended!

Meh - Edit
The food was way overpriced, under-portioned and bland. None of the many desserts were vegan.

Accidentally vegetarian? - Edit
We advised the proprietor that we had found her restaurant on HappyCow and she did not know what we were talking about. She was nevertheless friendly, and prepared for us humous wraps for lunch. There were many muffins available, but none was vegan.
