Confused staff and confused labels - Edit
Soul origin on the one hand offer vegan options which is great. What’s not so great is that the staff on the floor have no idea what their vegan options are and labels aren’t clear. When I queried which salad was vegan rather than vegetarian the server didn’t even know what vegan meant so didn’t fill me with confidence that the staff know their product or are trained/paid enough to care. So I didn’t have the confidence to trust their vegan options l. The food hall in Tuggeranong is dire for vegans with very few meal options.
