Awesome! Best Phad Thai?! - Edit
We ate there for the first time on New Year's Day. One of those vegan places we knew was going to be good as soon as we placed our order with the friendly, caring staff :) We had the already made massaman curry (thicker than we're used to but still nice), the phad Thai (possibly the best we've ever had... and we've had MANY!), with several serves of brown rice (which seemed to be a blend of purple and white rice, which is often the case in our experience). The mains were 60 baht each which are amazingly mainland prices (!), and the "brown" rice was 30 baht a serve (usually 20 baht on the mainland). We ate there again a few days later and of course had the phad Thai again, the fried rice (oily), and the mixed vegetables (they were excellent, especially the clear, light sauce they were cooked in), and heaps of "brown" rice. They were able to accommodate our request for no oil on most dishes which we always appreciate (although they forgot for the fried rice). Highly recommend!
Pros: Very good food, Friendly staff, Central location
Cons: Smoking

Great Tasting, Filling Authentic Thai Dishes - Edit
Great food and service. The staff speaks good English and customized the dishes to my liking. Someone said this food is oily, well just ask them for no oil. The Massaman curry might have the best flavor of any Massaman curry I have had in Thailand. The Massaman curry gets served very quickly which tells me it is premade, so that might explain one of the reviews that complains it is overcooked, but it didn't ruin the experience, I would highly recommend the Massaman curry. The green curry is also very good, possibly better than the Massaman curry. The curries are sweeter than most other curries in Thailand, but I really like the sweetness. The sweet and sour is also quite good, opt for no soy protein faux meat in the sweet and sour. All dishes I mentioned cost 60 baht, and the brown rice is 30 baht, so the rice is a bit more expensive than at other places. In general the dishes were higher fat than I usually, coconut milk/peanuts/cashews. So I always ask for no cashews or peanuts, but the Massaman curry has a few peanuts precooked in so you can't escape them all together, but fairly easy to pick out.
Pros: They Custimize No Oil, No Nuts To Your L, Great Quality For Price Of Organic Foods, Curry
Cons: Limited Menu, Having To Sit Around a Bunch of Smokers

Good Thai food - Edit
I like to have such place in the heart of unhealthy food at Koh Phangan :) Offer good food to order, big dishes, always fresh. I eat there at least once a week and never got oily, but some dishes just really sweat (curry for example). So better to ask not add sugar ("Mai sai nam tan").
Pros: Good location, Good price, Pure vegan
Cons: Sometimes closed without any reason

Decent Food - Edit
The food here is just the usual Thai stuff but it is very reasonably priced since it is a big bowl for a cheap price. Tastes really good and I didn't find it oily so maybe they improved on that. You can eat it in the night bazaar area where you can order other drinks such as beer, wine etc from the other stalls.
Pros: Central location, Cheap, Generous portion
Cons: Limited menu

Good option near the port - Edit
Whether arriving or departing, it's a great find just a short walk from the ferry. You can take food to-go from here for your trip as well.
Although the food is all organic and coming from their own farm (mostly), I thought some of the dishes were a bit oily, and would have preferred less salty.
People running it were nice and if go back I'd suggest to make my food less oily.
Otherwise quite decent all vegan place.
Located in the back of the busy food court. Prices are great, only 50baht per dish as I remember.
Pros: all vegan, all organic
Cons: oily
