Serves meat, vegan options available. Small café next to a yoga studio/ Serves sandwiches, juices, smoothies, and house-made "mylkshakes." Most sandwiches can be made vegan upon request, such as tofu banh mi and tempeh reubens. Drinks and shakes are made with plant milk, such as a house-made cashew blend, soy, or hemp. Fries, side salad, and mashed potatoes are vegan. Open Mon-Sat 10:00am-4:00pm. Closed Sun.

Lots of vegan options with a cool vibe! - Edit
So glad we found this place on our road trip! I asked about vegan options and the guy helping us said everything on the menu can be veganized! I got the tofu bahn mi and a chai with cashew cream (highly recommend). Also the seating area was so peaceful and relaxing. Great experience overall.

Soul Cafe—Yum! - Edit
Tons of vegan options, all thoughtfully prepared. This cafe participated in the Vegan Chef Challenge, which is what brought me in, but while here I learned that the vegan options have always been there. Close to El Sarape!
