We stopped by Soul Bowls in Scotch Plains for the first time last Saturday to grab a breakfast smoothie and we’re so glad we did! (And what a nice surprise to find out they’re 100% vegan!) We got a pumpkin pie smoothie and a blueberry muffin, plus I got a container of vegan tuna salad to go. All were delicious! We will definitely be going back for more. They also have a location in Metuchen so we’ll have to stop by that shop, too.
