Good vegan options - Edit
Plenty of apps and entrees that are vegan. Service was kind of bad but food made up for it!

We ordered two of their vegan bowls (Mothra and Hostile Takeover). Unfortunately they brought the Hostile Takeover with meat - so we split the Mothra bowl and they were so busy that we just finished it when the correct Hostile Takeover arrived (we took most of it home). Both tasted very good, but our table was sticky and the place is very noisy. Next time maybe we’ll get food to go.

Bland vegan options, go to another place - Edit
Their vegan options are a bit bland, as the other reviewers pointed out (we sadly did not check these before going!). We had both the SUV and the green curry: both lacked sauce, some spice and, above all, some vegan logic to the cooking (especially the SUV had a lot of random ingredients that did not seem thought through, I doubt they never asked a vegan for opinions on their food).

I would not go here again unless all other places are, for some catastrophic reason, closed. Plenty of better vegan options in Flagstaff, enjoy those!

Food is delicious with lots of vegan options that revolve with seasonal veggies. Great happy hour specials as well! Get the SUV (So, You’re Vegan) with the Udon Noodles. Enjoy!

Got the SUV (so you're vegan)- only vegan noodle bowl and it was salty and not flavorful. $15 for the bowl and $5 extra if you want to add tofu.

Cute place but I only eat here if it’s late after going out because this and Mama’s are the only places that are open downtown. The “SUV” noodle bowl is super bland and I’ve tried it several times. My non vegan friends have said their food was underwhelming as well.

Amazing tofu - Edit
Nice cozy spot. Server was new and didn't put our order in the system correctly but we were taking care of quickly when they realized the issue. Loved our food. The tofu in the Mothra bowl is AMAZING! Will definitely go back when we are in town again. Cauliflower was really good. Options are marked vegan on their website but not the menu in the restaurant. The normal noodles that come in the bowls are not vegan, need to be substituted.

Was pleased to find a hot bowl of vegan ramen, the SUV, after eating roughly 5 ok vegan burgers on an Amtrak from Chicago to Flag. The food was fresh and delicious, and the staff was very nice. I left with a full stomach and a bunch of recommendations from the staff on things to do in and around Flagstaff.

They have items that are clearly marked vegan. The SUV (So Ur Vegan) is always tasty and changes with the season. Good drink selection.
