Terrible costumer service - Edit
If I could give zero stars, I would. I ordered a vegan poke and it took almost 1h and 30 minutes to arrive, obviously it was cold and the packaging that was delivered didn't make any sense for a poke (everything was separate and hard to remove from the packaging).
Read moreIt was simply a bad experience and I made a bad review on the delivery app. An employee of the company felt entitled to talk to me on my personal WhatsApp (clearly harassment), offending me and assuming that I was not a good person for having made a bad evaluation of an order that was terrible.
The food was not the best thing in the world, but I could order again to try other things and give it another chance, but it seems that they prefer to offend the customers and lose so many more.
And for the record, this address is not correct, the "restaurant" has no physical space to eat in it and the kitchen is located inside a favela in the Recreio neighborhood, they only put that address to attract customers from Barra da Tijuca.
