seems nice

I did not end up eating here, but we did go in and talk to staff and they had a number of vegan options to point out.English was not fluent but if you say 'vegano' (veh-ganno') theyll know and point to what you can have! seems popular though was busy our visit!

Some vegan options

At the counter you can see various types of food and comine them however you like. The woman at the counter was very friendly and apparently vegetarian herself, she recommended all the vegan options. Also, there was vegan cake! I am just deducting one point because it is not too many vegan options.

Not much vegan option

You can't find a large selection of vegan menus and you can put together one thing individually without a sauce is very dry. No b
Vegan Cake, but Latte Macchiato, which is good. And is very expensive because it give not a vegan menue. Not understand why they ca not make a vegan menue, so many vegan option very simple but yummy on youtube.

Pros: Latte Macciato with Soymilk, Find vegan salat

Cons: No vegan menue, To expensive, No vegan cake

Pros: Mucha variedad, Menú cambia a diario , Ambiente

Cons: Caro, Horario de almuerzo muy tarde

¿Vegano?

No llegamos ni a pedir. Las únicas opciones veganas que tenían era gazpacho y hummus. Algo que encuentras en cualquier restaurante. Para no quedarnos con hambre nos fuimos

Cons: Solo 2 platos. 4€ el gazpacho

Chilled vegan friendly cafe

Am so excited to have found this fabulous vegan friendly cafe in Los Cristianos! Several vegan and vegetarian options with additional meat options for the omnivores. My vegan selections so far have all been delicious. Savoury and sweet options available. Friendly, helpful staff and lovely chilled atmosphere. Highly recommended. Would give 5 stars but cafe not fully vegetarian so Happy Cow do not allow (mistake in my opinion as veggies are often in mixed company).

Pros: Several vegan options, Friendly helpful staff, Chilled atmosphere

Cons: Not enough carnivore options for mixed groups

Nice self-service restaurant, mostly vegetarian

This restaurant is a most welcome alternative to the tourist restaurants in Los Cristianos. It offers many different dishes at reasonable prices. There are one or to non-negotiable dishes, the rest is vegetarian, with many vegan options.

Charming

I think this restaurant should have a better note than it has. It is endeed a non vegan restaurant with vegan option. But still I had a wonderful dinner with my boyfriend in this charming place. Also the food was very good !

Pros: Good location, near to the center. We took a vegan

Decent food but cold

Nice meals of the day but the 'hotplate' didn't work properly so the food was cold

Pros: Good gluten free cakes

Cons: cold food, coffee not good

Disappointed

We walked an hour to get there and the only thing nice about this place is the hip young cliental. The couscous was off! I mean to old to eat; tasted fermented (in the wrong way).
The aubergine was hard and undone. Bean soup OK.

The carrot cake very very sweet.

Pros: Has two vegan cakes, Has a small table with toys for children.

Cons: Bad service (whoever screams loudest) , Old food in the canteens. , Bad tasting food.

VEGAN

The Happy Cow editors have (again) unhelpfully deleted all references to vegan dishes in this listing.
Sopa styles itself a vegetarian and vegan restaurant, which, as anyone visiting Spain will know, is pretty rare in these parts. While essentially vegetarian and vegan, it does nevertheless have a small number of dishes with meat or fish.
All the salads on the menu I saw were totally vegan (in stark contrast to the dishes containing cheese, fish or meat that are often passed off as salads in traditional continental eateries).
