Some vegan options - Edit
At the counter you can see various types of food and comine them however you like. The woman at the counter was very friendly and apparently vegetarian herself, she recommended all the vegan options. Also, there was vegan cake! I am just deducting one point because it is not too many vegan options.

Chilled vegan friendly cafe - Edit
Am so excited to have found this fabulous vegan friendly cafe in Los Cristianos! Several vegan and vegetarian options with additional meat options for the omnivores. My vegan selections so far have all been delicious. Savoury and sweet options available. Friendly, helpful staff and lovely chilled atmosphere. Highly recommended. Would give 5 stars but cafe not fully vegetarian so Happy Cow do not allow (mistake in my opinion as veggies are often in mixed company).

Nice self-service restaurant, mostly vegetarian - Edit
This restaurant is a most welcome alternative to the tourist restaurants in Los Cristianos. It offers many different dishes at reasonable prices. There are one or to non-negotiable dishes, the rest is vegetarian, with many vegan options.

Disappointed - Edit
We walked an hour to get there and the only thing nice about this place is the hip young cliental. The couscous was off! I mean to old to eat; tasted fermented (in the wrong way).

VEGAN - Edit
The Happy Cow editors have (again) unhelpfully deleted all references to vegan dishes in this listing.
Read moreSopa styles itself a vegetarian and vegan restaurant, which, as anyone visiting Spain will know, is pretty rare in these parts. While essentially vegetarian and vegan, it does nevertheless have a small number of dishes with meat or fish.
All the salads on the menu I saw were totally vegan (in stark contrast to the dishes containing cheese, fish or meat that are often passed off as salads in traditional continental eateries).
