We really love the SOPA - Edit
Excellent place for lunch and cafe! We have been here 10 times and really can recommend it. Team is very kind and friendly. The place has a good vibe (even without the Jivamukti yoga studio). Good choice of vegan dishes (and most of the vegetarian dishes can be veganised), don’t miss the cookies (eg Matcha-Lemon).

Overall not bad, but not specially great and I was very hungry afterwards.

I stopped by during a busy lunch rush. Even though the line was long, it seemed to go quickly. The menu changes daily. I got Paraguayan stew and carrot cake. Both were awesome! I look forward to coming back for lunch!

El Sopa siempre es un acierto seguro para las comidas de mediodía, con sus cremas/purés/sopas de primero y sus platos variados de segundo. Tienen bocadillos por las mañana que son perfectos para un buen desayuno. Las tartas también suelen estar muy ricas. En general, van cambiando las propuestas según la temporada, lo cual me encanta. El servicio es amable, el local agradable, espacioso y luminoso (ideal para reuniones o trabajar un rato tomando algo). Y aunque no sea 100% vegano, siempre encontrarás buenas opciones veganas.

Read morePedimos el bao (super rico pero caro). Pedimos el ramen picante y el de setas, pero no me parecieron algo espectacular por el precio que tienen.
Hay que reservar con mucha antelación porque solo abren dos noches a la semana y se agotan rápido las reservas.
Está ok pero no vive al hype que se ha creado.

Read moreEl restaurante está en consonancia con el estilo de los nuevos locales de Poblenou: acristalados y diáfanos. Por otro lado el personal ha sido muy atento en todo momento.
En cuanto a la comida, la expectativa del “mejor ramen vegano del mundo” nos ha desilusionado. Las gyozas, si bien estaban buenas, estaban demasiado especiadas. En cuanto al ramen, el cual estaba bueno, bajo mi punto de vista abusaba del picante el cual anulaba gran parte del sabor. El postre, la tarta de queso estaba deliciosa.
En cuanto al precio, muy competitivo.
En resumen: probablemente no sea el mejor ramen vegano del mundo, pero bien merece una visita.

Fui al evento de los jueves/viernes de Ramen casero para cenar, se acaban rápido las plazas y es mejor reservar con mucha antelación, la atención del personal es impecable y la cena no defraudó.

I often have lunch here, as the menu changes often and it keeps things interesting, the only huge point I'm missing with this place is the quantity of protein in their vegan dishes. The main dish very often lacks a serious source of protein like beans, tofu or meat alternatives and when they do have it, the quantity is quite negligible.

I regularly visit to escape for a couple of hours whenever I do home office. Huge space with lots of space to work or just enjoy a great meal. Good wifi. Huge terrace next to a kids play area & pedestrian area. Good value menu del día with either soho and salad or soup and a main. Great sandwiches and cakes too.
