Not vegetarian only but still good - Edit
It's still open and seems to be doing fairly well. They do have meat options now but the salad bar is clean and well stocked and the falafel was pretty good.

The salad bar is relatively clean, but beware, one of the fried potato items uses egg and it is fried in the same oil as the falafel.
