Korean noodles

I enjoyed the Korean noodle stir fry! You can order with your choice of protein, so I got the tofu to keep it vegan. The tofu on its own was a bit bland, but good when mixed well with the noodles. The restaurant itself is located inside the Bakery Square. It’s almost like a sit-down table-service food court. There are four restaurants and a changing featured menu. All menus are on the same app, so everyone in your party can order can order from any restaurant and it will appear on one bill. One of the other restaurants here is fully vegan. (I did order one item from there as well.) Drinks (including alcohol) came faster than I think I’ve ever experienced! Food service was relatively quick, but nothing notable. All ordering and paying is done online. This dish had some options for customization (ie: no onions - sidenote: they were actually scallions, which I would have passed on had I known). The paper menu clearly labels vegan items, so look at that before going to the online menu.

yummy rice bowls!

i love the premium shrooms & tofu bowl!!! the tofu is so perfectly crispy, and the mushrooms seasoned so well. sweet & spicy noodle bowl also very good!
