Can ‘build-your-own-bowl’ and only add veggies, or get the veggie quesadilla minus the cheese. Open Mon-Thu 10:30am-10:00pm, Fri-Sat 10:30am-11:00pm, Sun 10:30am-10:00pm.

Good, but few options - Edit
The rice and black beans were free of animal products so I had those and added potatoes and salsa and it made for a good bowl of food. The only other option was fajita vegetables.
