Assembly line place

This is an Asian-fusion assembly line place: you pick a base, two sides, and a protein, they dish it out for you, and you grab a table (or get a bag for takeout). They have two types of tofu for vegan protein; in all, a filling, reasonably priced, decent tasting meal.

Pros: Good value, quick service, places to sit, filling, decent taste

Cons: Not gourmet, not for fine dining

fast simple bowls of good food

Clean well lit restautant with premade ingredients. You pick a starch, a main protein (tofu is the only vegan one), and 2 sides. Or no protein & 3 Sides. Most sides are vegan, as are the starches. Good house-made yuzu lemonade drink.

Pros: clean, cheap, tasty

Cons: can get crowded for lunch, lack of vegan markings on menu, only 1 vegan protein
