Delicious baked goods - Edit
They have so many vegan options. I just had to try the vegan pumpkin caramel pecan cake, vegan coconut pie, and vegan brownies. Everything I tried was delicious. The staff are very friendly and it has a lot of small business charm. I can't wait to be in town again for another visit.

Soleil Bakery at Shady Oaks is such a gem! Especially for those of us looking for delicious vegan treats in Ocala! It can be really hard to find vegan-friendly baked goods around here, so we’re incredibly grateful to have a place like this to enjoy with my son.

We wanted to check this place out because they advertise vegan options. We were thrilled when we saw how many options they have! Vegan cake, cupcakes, cookies, brownies, bread pudding, cinnamon rolls, cake pops, and I can’t even remember what else because there were so many options.
