Good for eating at lodgings - Edit
I like trying to have some meals at my lodgings when traveling, and I was easily able to get 3 dinners worth of food at Sol. They have a decent selection of frozen entrees and lesser so of prepared foods in the deli area. Prices were way more than I spend on the same items back home, but it’s still cheaper than if I ate out every meal while away.

Expensive but grateful - Edit
So happy to have a grocery store with plenty of vegan options. We tried a store close to the park with basically nothing vegan. All there was there was a soy milk lol. I was able to find all I needed here. My only dislike is that it was very expensive. Idk how the other stores in the area are though.

This market has a good selection of vegan options as well as produce and a deli where you can customize a vegan order.
Read moreSome vegetarian friends found the deli to work great for to-go options. Personally, I prefer the nearby Feel Love Cafe vegan burrito to-go instead.

Decent vegan selection - Edit
Sol Foods is a small grocery store located in Springdale and they had a decent amount of vegan options. Plenty of veggies, fruit, tofu, plant-based milks, vegan ice cream, etc. They even had vegan cookie dough. We also found some of the Dr. McDogell's instant cup soups. Weirdly, they only had one kind of vegan yoghurt. None of the baked goods were vegan and nothing from the deli either. They do have a salad bar though.

Convenient place to stock up on hiking foods - Edit
Stopped in for hiking food during a trip to Zion. These guys had vegan goodies, trail bars, junk food. There were some fruit and veggies, but they didn't seem overly fresh.

We were happy to find this store in the tourist town of Springdale. Sol has nice produce--including a decent amount of organic choices, a salad bar, plant-based milks, veggie burgers and a large selection of granola/trail bars. It's a great place to stock up before heading to Zion NP.
