Serves meat, vegan options available. Local family owned Mexican restaurant with really big portions. Relaxed atmosphere. The staff is knowledgable about the menu and ingredients. Lacto vegetarian enchiladas, tamales, and a veggie/vegan burrito. Closes between breakfast and lunch.

Sol De Mexico - Edit
I was not impressed with this Tex Mex style restaurant. The food was served at room temperature (almost) and the prices were average. It is the only "Mexican" food in town though.
They recently opened a little drive thru Taquieria that has a $10 burrito and tacos for $3.75. Still not impressed. Did not see any true vegan items at either place.
Pros: Only Mexican food in town
Cons: Poor service, Not authentic, Cold food
