Hi there, Simone!
Read moreWe are so happy to hear that you love our food. As for the service, I imagine you came to our establishment during a busy time. Many of our menu items can be whipped up in less than five minutes, unless there are several tickets ahead, then it will take a bit longer as expected. We may not be a fast food restaurant, but we do serve real food as fast as we can.
We invite you to give us another try, and if you're wanting a quicker option, we highly recommend calling in your order or placing your order online. Orders can be placed online on our Square store, ChowNow, DoorDash, Grubhub, Postmates, or Uber Eats. (All Links to online ordering can be found on our website, www.solbol.com.) We also have delivery as an option as well.😄
Thank you so much for choosing to support small and local!

Hi there, we appreciate your review and a detailed overview of what we offer! We are happy to hear that you enjoyed our food.
Read moreOur acai bowls are the most affordable among Visalia, Tulare, and other nearby cities. Unlike other cafes offering acai who are charging more than us, we do not blend our acai with other fillers to make our acai cheaper. Our acai is vegan, pure, organic, and fair trade. Not to mention, acai in general is very expensive -- $100+ a tub, so we have to charge what we charge. We tested another acai from another supplier that is more affordable when our current acai brand was difficult to source during the start of COVID, and it was not the same. We said no way; we'll pay more to provide better quality for our beloved customers! We also use a high-quality bread from a local Fresno bakery for our toasts -- or an all-natural gluten-free bread, depending on what our customer chooses. Gluten-free bread is very pricey, even if we were to bake it ourselves in shop. We believe in offering specialty ingredients and toppings, only using high-quality ingredients, and providing a variety of healthy alternatives for our many customers -- without cheating our customers or going the cheap route. We care. :)
Thanks again for your review!
