Great value for healthy vegan options - Edit
Local restaurant chain with five locations; this one being their flagship. Menu has a good array of vegan options. Tofu Lover (Vegan) sushi burrito is good, although the nori wrap doesn't hold it together well. Tofu Poke bowl is good and plentiful. I like its mix of seaweed and veggies. I chose brown rice for both items. Condiments include ginger, wasabi, and soy sauce. Their food is prepared in a simple manner, low in oil and sodium. Prices are very reasonable. I had a good experience with their online ordering and pickup.
