Fast and Easy Vegan Options - Edit
I’ve been here a couple of times. Vegan options are well-clarified when you build your bowl. Lots of different veggies to add and ofc some tofu. Fairly healthy option and not too bad in price. Clean setting. Maybe better drink options but that’s about it. It’s a great place to bring your meat-eating friends who want meat in their meals (they have meat options)….so a good compromise place. Glad there’s tofu for some vegan protein !

Variety of bowls to choose from and the menu goes into detail for what is vegan! Vegan protein option is Tofu. You can see the kitchen preparing your food and it’s usually ready in minuets!

delicious balsamic vinaigrette - Edit
For my meal, I ordered the Superfood Bowl with Tofu. Y’all, I’m not sure what kind of Balsalmic Vinaigrette they use, but it kind of changed my entire life for the better. It was FANTASTIC. Everything else was nice and fresh, but man was that dressing good.
Read moreThat being said, I am eager to go back and try their Avocado Green Goddess Dressing, which apparently is vegan! (Often times goddess dressings are mayo/dairy based).
Something that is also pretty rad about SoFresh is they are both Keto and Paleo approved, and you can replace the quinoa and rice with zoodles if you so desire! Definitely going to be back to try those bad boys out.

It's a shame you can't rate a restaurant 5 stars because it's not entirely vegetarian....but this place deserves the full 5 and then some! From the moment I walked in I was treated so well, was given fantastic help creating vegan options (including which vegan sauce substitutes would pair well with each dish), which would be best as take-out compared to eating in...you name it. Just over-the-top incredible service. The owner was so polite - something that seems to disappear a lot these days. Highly recommended - please try it out for your self!

Not only can you order any dish with tofu as the protein, but the management and staff go out of their way to make sure vegan customers leave happy. This is one of our very favorite places. Please go visit & support them!
