Menu clearly marked - Edit
Decent food, decent prices. Big menu. All vegetarian, with both natural vegetable dishes and some fake meat dishes. Menu in both Chinese and English, clearly marked with what contains milk, what contains egg. (Most dishes contain neither.) I was here at lunchtime on a Tuesday, it was pretty busy.

SOFINE is So Fine! - Edit
In Ningbo, Sofine restaurant is the vegan restaurant we all need! Excellent variety of dishes, good service, and my favourite beet juice. Chinese and Western-style dishes available. Omnipork is also on the menu. Not to mention the on-site coffee roastery and fresh brewed java with Oatly available.
