Cheap, quick, Udupi style food in Coimbatore - Edit
Recently visited the Social Kitchen in Coimbatore and was pleasantly surprised with the food and prices. I was craving Udupi style benne dose and mangalore buns for quite a while and when I heard Social Kitchen served up some yummy Karnataka style food, I had to visit it. I tried there benne masala dosa, garlic podi masala dosa, mangalore bun and coffee. They were all fantastic. (Note that they do contain ghee which is not vegan)
Read moreI was also surprised by the prices. Though the dosas were small, they were delicious and filling. I highly recommend this spot for anyone wanting to try some udupi style food.
